What is important is the brief you give us. Radioadvertising.org.uk works with clients around the world and has done training events all around the UK and in the USA, Kenya, France, Uganda. In the past we have run two day, one day and half day training for Sales and Creative on brief taking. Some find Brief taking the hardest part of their job, but with some careful training we can help simplify the process and give them the knowledge to take great briefs, that your writers can then turn into great advertising.

Our training events are fun and interactive with plenty of activities, exercises and practical demonstrations but with everything designed so your staff will take away useful tools for their job.

After training we are happy to show how the principles taught can be put into practice "in the field".

Consultancy usually involved a one or two week visit to a radio station where we observe the working of the Sales and Creative Departments. We make suggestions and offer up ideas during the period of the visit and then prepare a report for the stations management.

We can also arrange one to one coaching with your writers. These sessions are aimed at getting the best from your writers. This is not a session where we tell writers what to do, but rather they discover things themselves by listening to their finished work. Sometimes these sessions meet with resistance andBlindfolded and listening to an audio presentation mistrust, afterwards writers give them extremely positive feedback. These kinds of sessions are particularly useful for writers at single writer sites where they have had little or no feedback on their work. Even if your writer is doing everything right and producing excellent work everytime they could benefit from someone else showing them how well they are doing and how they can improve.
