Our training events are fun and interactive with plenty of activities, exercises and practical demonstrations but with everything designed so your staff will take away useful tools for their job. After training we are happy to show how the principles taught can be put into practice "in the field". Consultancy usually involved a one or two week visit to a radio station where we observe the working of the Sales and Creative Departments. We make suggestions and offer up ideas during the period of the visit and then prepare a report for the stations management. We can also arrange one to one coaching
with your writers. These sessions are aimed at getting the best from your
writers. This is not a session where we tell writers what to do,
but rather they discover things themselves
by listening to their finished work.
